Morning MacForum! I have a rather weird question.. does anybody else notice a purple hue to the watch screen when it hits a certain angle of lighting? I attached a picture but I don’t know if the hue is as noticeable in pictures.

is it just my watch or is this a known thing?

It’s not a problem. If you look at the iPad Air 2 for example, you’ll notice the same thing, which that’s due to the laminated display/reflective coating.

I wouldn’t say it’s a ‘known thing’, you just happened to notice it under certain lighting conditions with the display not illuminated.
