Purple scratch / dust on i5 lens?

Do you think this is a scratch? I have Applecare+, i'm not sure if it'll cover it? I don't think it's a scratch, I mean I don't see how it could be one. I don't think it's dust either, I've tried tapping it and blowing near the power button but nothing's changed. I just noticed it while taking pictures today, not sure when it decided to pop up. I'll probably go there this weekend, but it might be super busy. Just looking for opinions.

This is a piece of notepad, so no, it's not an extremely dirty lens either.

book an appointment online to see a genius. im sure theyll fix it or swap it for a new phone..
