any one else recieving emails while push email is set off and fetch is set to manual on the iPhone 4

My gmail exchange account is set to push while my yahoo account is set to manual.

The result is my gmail usually gets pushed, and randomly my yahoo account gets pushed too, it's pretty frequent. wtf
