Push email opinions needed.

I have seen similar threads on this, but none really helped.

I have an iPhone 4 and a MacBook Pro. Presently, I use Earthlink (POP) email on my iPhone, but am now considering other options. Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail all now support push...and of course, Mobile Me. I don't get a lot of email, but the limitations of Earthlink (using broadband) are starting to wear on me: 150MB mailbox size and poor SPAM filtering.

So which option is preferred? I already have email accounts with the three of them. Apparently, privacy is non-existent in these 'free' services. So what are your opinions?

Besides my work exchange account, i use Gmail and Hotmail, both now with Exchange push support now for iPhone4. I prefer Gmail over Hotmail as its spam filters are the best.
