My iCloud email is a gmail account. I have it set to push. Why won't emails come in the second that they are sent to me?

Also, it tracks emails from 2012 only, nothing recent. Why is that?

I don't understand what you mean? How can your @icloud.com address be a gmail account or are you saying that your Apple ID e-mail is a gmail address? IF so, Gmail stopped supporting Push on iOS.
