Anyone else notice this? I have the 7 and 6S side by side, both with SIM cards in (kept SIM in 6S, used the SIM that came preloaded in the 7) and both on Wifi. Emails show up on the 6S well before they do on the 7. Any ideas for why this is?

Your phone is probably still settling down from setup. It's widely accepted as fact now that a new iPhone takes like 48 hours to settle into normal operation. There is a lot of behind the scenes OS things going on. That's my guess.

Interesting - haven't noticed yet. In theory could also be the low speed cores handling background activity like that making it slower...

I've noticed my wife's iPhone 5s getting iMessage notifications before my 7. Both iOS 10.0.1. Non scientific observation over about 3-4 texts we received last night on our family group chat.

Will try some formal testing later today. Really hoping this isn't a thing!
