Push Mail issue since 9.3

Hi folks,

Ever since going to 9.3, mail doesn't seem to be pushing correctly.

Every now and then I'm getting a bombardment of mail in a huge chunk with various time stamps or I have to manually refresh within the mail app.

This is with an iCloud mail account and the default mail app. iPhone 6S Plus.

Anyone experiencing this and managed to fix it?

I'm experiencing the exact same problem.
When I unlock my phone it notifies me that I have new mail.
Using iCloud/Me-adress.
