Push Mail on WiFi only?

Does anyone know of a way/app to have mail pushed when you're on Wifi only?

I'm running a jailbroken 4S on ATT with a 200MB data plan. I usually don't go above 180MB a month as I'm on wifi a lot. I don't want to have emails pushed when on 3G because they aren't that important and since I get so many it would put me over my limit.

I dont think such package exists on cydia.
Maybe enable/disable push whenever you want. Like using Push Mail Sbsettings toggle.
The only quick thing that came to mind.

Oh ok, that's pretty much what I do but sometimes forget and more of a hassle than an app doing it ha.

I hear you.
If you forget you get to rack up some data especially if there's many emails or any with attachments.
