Precisely my point. It seems to me that the notifications have been sporadic at best, at least until today.
I also got two this morning... MJ's mom wants custody of the kids, and Madoff's sentence. I also got a notification when MJ was taken to the hospital, not dead though. I somedays I get two, some days I get none. I think it's just AP's thing, not Push, since AIM is working fine for me!
AP's notifications are a pile of crap! Why didn't it tell me about Billy Mays dying yesterday??? And if I want to read this breaking news, it's no where to be found in the app. Why?
Same here. I don't think it's an issue with the phone, I think companies are not yet taking full advantage of it. I'm actually happy I only got a couple of notifications, I would hate to get a notification for every story they post. On the other hand they should have a toggle you can select about the level of notifications you want (every story or just the breaking news).
I got one saying that he was taken to the hospital with cardiac arrest, but never got one that he died.... i just got one earlier about his mom trying to get custody of his kids...
