is there a way to get rid of push notifications for sms messages.

i recently got lockinfo, and its a pulldown notification system like android, but the pop up notifications keep popping up and i dont want that

Block them all, or download Popup Blocker (from this window) and get even more control.

LockInfo has some features that are also in freeware apps, but nothing as complete, stable, and worth recommending. So, no.
