Push Notifications Problem Options

I have an iPHone 4, 4.3.3, 1.59 and am using ATT. My push notifications are not working and tried to install Push Doctor but it is not working. I do not want to pay for Push Fix. Is SAM my only other option?

I activated officially.

Then I doubt its a push issue that could be fixed with SAM or push doctor.
It might have to do with some apps not pushing to Apples servers.
For example my Facebook app pushes like 10% of my notifications but other apps push fine while another one never pushes anything.

I just restored my phone to 4.3.3 because of other problems and I got notifications fine before. But after restoring nothing works.

Maybe restore again and setup as new?

Yea, that was my thinking also. In the process of doing that now. Thanks though
