I'm on iOS 8 using an iPhone 6+. I've turned off all the instances of 'push' notifications I can find in settings and yet when I check my cellular data usage, it's shows 'push notifications' using cellular data. I'm stumped as to what push notifications I'm using. My mail is set to manually receieve and as far as I can tell, I don't have any push notifications turned on anywhere.

I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you!

I have almost all apps on with notifications and in a bit over a week it's 3mb. Really don't worry about it at all. It's not going to really make a difference on your data plan. But other then that take a look at the notification settings if there is any app in the include section that app uses notifications.

Many of Apple's cloud-related functions internally use the push notification service, e.g. Find my iPhone, iMessage, automatic iTunes downloads etc. But as mentioned above, the data volume should be very small.
