No there isn't. If you want to be notified of a new posting in an existing thread, you can sign up for instant email notification. But that's it. The thing would be to follow @MacRumors on Twitter which tweets new stories as they're posted.

If you 'like' the MacRumors page on Facebook I'm sure there's also a way to get those updates pushed to you as well.
