Ok guys, after searching most of the morning and not finding a definitive solution I'm coming to you for help.

Goal:

I have an Exchange server behind a corporate network that is only accessible via VPN. I want to get those calendar items onto my iPhone.

Problem:

I can't find a way to seamlessly sync Outlook of iCal to my iPhone 5s that brings my the Exchange items.

I have a rMBP running Outlook 2011 which has VPN access to Exchange. I'm able to sync the Outlook data to iCal but I can't push iCal to iCloud. The problem is the calendar items in iCal don't sync t iCloud. But I can sync from iCloud to iCal.

The only way I have been able to get it to get my Exchange calendar items to my phone is to disable iCloud and manually sync my iPhone via iTunes. This is less than ideal.

Ideal Solution

iCal would SYNC (real sync, not some fake visibility junk) to iCloud and iPhone would then see the calendar correctly.

How in the work do you make this work?

Thanks
