I just installed Snow Leopard a few hours ago. And then just a few seconds ago I accidentally threw something away. Sure, I know exactly where it goes but as I was dragging it I thought, "Wait, this is so mundane! I've got Snow Leopard which has the put back ability in it!"

...

or does it?

I don't see any obvious menu items to put back. Nor is there a button in trash. All I see is that typical "Empty" button... albeit maybe that's shaded a little different before. Does someone mind pointing me to where "put back" is or did that get nixed during development at some point over the last six months?

(Maybe they decided that overlapped with Time Machine's restore ability too much?)

Wait a minute... They are advertising this as a new feature?!

That had been in OS9 for years (or decades), then at some point this command vanished. And now it's a new feature again?!
