Put Hard Disk to sleep when possible On MBA?

Hi, all new MBA owner here. Just wondering in energy saver options if i should enable putting Hard disks to sleep option on. Seeing as how we're using SSD's will it benefit to have this option left on or off. Thanks!

As you have noted, SSD's make the "sleep" option moot. I turned mine off.

Yeh with SSD's its pretty much useless to have that feature on.
