I have iPhone 7Plus, with latest released version of iOS. I noticed that only the time, not the date and day, shows at the top of the display. Is there any way to also show date and day up there?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Where exactly do you see that? A screenshot perhaps?I'm not sure what I did or if my 7+ came that way, but I have the time, date, and day at the top of my display. I'm on the latest version of iOS with T-Mobile as my carrier.
Not really something that's available without a jailbreak and a tweak that might allow for it. The closest thing you can do is basically have he calendar app at the top in the center of your home page and that will show you the day and date along with the time in the status bar above. That or going to the widget screen which shows the day and date at the top.I have iPhone 7Plus, with latest released version of iOS. Have you tried rebooting your device. It is standard that the day/date show below the time . . .at least on my iPhones it does.
On the home screen (with the rows of apps), no. You can, however, have calendars with badges (small red number) which show the date.
I suspect that you're referring to the phone's lock screen or widgets screen, which both show the day/date, as this isn't possible on the home screen short of jail breaking the device.
It's only on the lock screen. I like the idea of putting the calendar app on the top. Serves the same purpose.
Yeah, the widgets screen is about as close as it can come to that when inside an app when it comes to non-jailbroken iOS.doesn't really serve the purpose if you wanna know what date it is but you're in an app.
