Putting Documents and Downloads back into dock

Hi all,
I went and trashed the Documents and Downloads icons from my dock, the ones that were on the right side of the striped line of the dock. They would open in the "fan" formation.
I'd like to put them back in the dock. Does anyone know how to do this?
