Putting in a new HD on my mac, can I put windows back on it via Time Machine?

Hey guys, I'm getting a larger hard drive for my mac - and I have all my current data backed up on my external - however I also have a windows partition with a game on it that I no longer have the disks for so I was wondering if there's anyway I can carry that over to my new HD via time machine or any other method?

Time Machine does not backup Windows on the Boot Camp partition in any way, you need Winclone to do this.
