putting itunes files into a powerpoint-help please?

does anybody know how to put my purchased music files into a powerpoint slide show? im assuming the reason i have a problem is because purchased music is in aac format which is only playable in itunes. is there a way around this? it would be really unfortunate if i can't put any of the sogns i bought into a slideshow.
