Putting music on iPhone from 2nd Mac?

I have my iPhone synced w/my iMac at home for music, videos, etc etc. And use MobileMe to sync my mail, contacts, calendar etc.

I'm often on my Macbook Pro when away from the house and sometimes download music from, say, Amazon, and want to put that on my iPhone. Is there a way to do that without screwing up my snycing setup? When I connect the iPhone to the powerbook, it tries to start syncing with the Macbook Pro, which I don't want to do.

Is this possible? thanks!
