Hey guys, new to the forum!
I was wondering if somebody could help me, i jailbroke my ipod months ago and at the time moved most of my music folder along with the default ipod folder it makes in there onto an external hard drive in an attempt to clear some space on my laptop. Now i want to change some of my music on my ipod but i dont know what to do? My itunes library comes up blank because it was all moved as i said. Is there a way to simply drag and drop music onto my ipod without syncing? What would be the easiest thing to do? (bearing in mind i dont want to uninstall my cydia and installous apps)
Thanks!

iTunes --> File --> Add Folder to Library... And then you select your external hard drive music folder and you sync.

Thanks for the reply, do you mean the default folder thing that itunes creates? Because i dont think that has all the music on my ipod touch because there aren't many files. Also will i lose installous apps etc if i sync??
