Other Putting newly installed apps in a folder at the end of a row

I just tried putting a newly installed app in a folder that was at the end of a row. Every time that folder moved to the row below before the app would go into the folder, lol. I had to move the target folder to another position that was not at the end of a row to put the new app into it, then move the target folder back to where it was originally. Anyone else have this experience? First world problem, I know...haha.

That happens all the time. It's "normal".
