There was a tip that went around (Macworld.com?) that allowed you to set a function key to sleep the computer. I had it working on my old computer, but can't remember it now that I have a new one. Does anyone know what the procedure is? Thanks.

That link doesn't work.

edit: now it does...

(I didn't use Google because I didn't think it would be on Google, and I couldn't figure out how to describe what I was looking for. Also, asking the question here takes the same amount of time, because you might get a response from somebody who's actually done it. But thanks.)

It's even easier... I had a single button set to do it, with no confirmation dialogue box. Just can't recall the procedure.

Well, I muddled through it if anyone is interested in this... you just go to All Applications, type Sleep, and then your key -- F13 in my case. Instant sleep.
