iPod Putting Windows Songs On..

How do I put songs from my windows PC onto my Mac formated iPod? My iBook recently broke and so now I don't have anyway to put new songs on my ipod, can anyone help?

I was thinking along those lines, but will those apps allow iTunes to sync with the iPod, even if Explorer can navigate the directories? I haven't tried it.
