pwnage cant find 3.9 bootloader?

it keeps telling to find it on the web and i did download it but keeps telling me to find or locate it but wont read the 3.9 bootloader..how do i get this PWNAGE to read it or go though this part?

pwnage 2.1.0.0 running mac / iphone on iPhone1,1_2.1_5F136_Restore.ipsw
