Pwnage JB problem..plz help 3.1.3 stuck!

I just realize than i can use tethering through ipad and I want to do JB on my 3.1.3. iphone.

I followed the instruction on iClarified and works all the way until i have to plug in my iphone. Pwnage cant detect my iphone, it just keeps loading with the message "Connect Device to USB"

please help!

If you have a 3GS, it is not possible to jailbreak at this time.

Because it only works if your phone is or was previously JB, if you never JB before or if you phone is new with 3.1.3 you're stuck like chuck..
