Pwnage Tool crash!

For some reason, every time I try create the custom firmware with pwnage tool, the thing keeps crashing! I've tried 5 times now and still nothing. I even tried using the 2.0 FW rather than 2.0.1! What's going on? Do I need to have bootloader files handy? (I keep the BL-39.bin and BL-46.bin on my desktop.) Help!

do you have enough free ram? i think they say you need 300MB
