PwnageTool 1.1.4 > 2.0 - Will it work fine?

PwnageTool works with 2.0 upgraded 1st gen iPhones if they are activated or not.

Am I correct in thinking then that even though when I got my iPhone it had 1.1.4 installed, now that I've upgraded it to 2.0, PwnageTool should work fine in unlocking it? Or will I have to downgrade it to 1.1.4?
