PwnageTool 4.1/iphone 4 help with keeping baseband 1.59.00

is there a special step to make sure you keep your baseband to 1.59.00 ?

i am upgrading from 4.0.1 and want to make sure my phone stays unlockable!

using PwnageTool 4.1

simple or expert mode ??
just use the firmware file i download off internet and build file
restore using that file, putting phone in DFU mode

is this it or some thing else i need to do in order to stay on older baseband
