Pwnagetool question 4.1

Does this work on my 3GS running 4.1 that has never been jailbroken before? It has old bootrom.

I used this guide to get to 4.1:

when you have to download the bundle you have to navigate through the website to get the correct bundle for 4.1. But it did work and so far no issues at all.

It says on the site that it needed to have been jailbroken before... I guess I'll have to wait for something else to come out?
