I saw last week that they got the unthetered JB for ios4.2. After the JB, and using ultrasnow to unlock. Only baseband 01.59.00 is unlockable?

Yep, you can maintain your unlockable baseband with pwnage.
If you're not on 1.59 then you cannot unlock it yet.
