Hi sorry if there's an answer to this question already but I'm posting this on m phone so I can't search as fast.

Are 3rd/2nd gen iPod touch mc models jailbreakable by spiritjb?

It depends, because they can be jailbroken with Spirit, but only with the firmware 3.1.3. They can only be jailbroken on 4.0 and 4.0.1 with jailbreakme.com, and there's no jailbreak yet for 4.0.2 and 4.1
