Q: Care protection - missing agreement number

Hi,

bought a care protection plan for a iphone 3G on ebay. Got the box two days ago, but I'm not able to find the agreement number to register the plan (box was original sealed).

Only information that are maybe useful are on a label on the edge of the box:
Auto Enroll

APP iPHONE-auto ebroll only
Designed by Apple in California
1 infinite Loop Cupertino CA 95014 USA
Pinted in USA
JRZ XXXXXXX-000 021508 (XXX 7-digit number)

Have no clue how to register it. :(
