Q: I need to pause video for a couple of seconds.

Hello eveyone.

I am taking a second language and have a Homemade Video to help.
However when a question is flashed on the screen, the answer follows right after it.

I want to put a delay of a few seconds in there, so I can have time to think for myself what the answer is.

I only have the iLife products.

Can you not just press pause??

For anything video, I would suggest VLC - you can just press the space bar to pause, hope this helps.

hit the space bar right before the question ends....it should pause the movie before the answer comes up.

unless there's something i'm missing?

Im looking to re-master (re-burn) said dvd with the longer pause between question and answer.
