Hi Guys and Gals.
Took the dive a few days ago and finally ordered the Mac Pro 2.66, 2Gb Ram, ATIX1900 card and standard disk +BT and Wifi option. Once i recieve the computer i will archive the standard disk and insert a 300 gb system disk for OSX and 500gb SATA disk for XP SP ( 64Bit ). the XP install will be done probably without bootcamp but with the first disk disabled ( powerless )
Im converting also to a MAc Book Pro aswell... along the lines
Now in the very hard waiting time...im upgrading from a 2.66 Gz P4 no HT cpu with nothing special to write about..
Wondering...what kind of speeds in comparison i will see in Bryce 5.5 Vue Esprit and PS.
Any comparative ideas when coming from this old world to this new technology.
also are above three apps able to run on the 64 bit version of XP ?
PS: The PS test above gives me 7 min 34 sesc.
