1. Is it normal for the The time machine icon up by the battery meter and clock, say that time machine was delayed, some minutes after i backed up my data

2. cmd+shift+4+space+click= for taking window screenshot. After a clean install of lion it is not working any more. It pops out the message below:

All my keyboard shortcuts are set to default expect one: select next source in input menu where i set alt+space for language change. Everything else is default.
