Qi Car Charger

I’m curious. If I put a magnet on the back of my iPhone 8 and use one of the Qi Vent Car Chargers, how do I know if it can charge at the 7.5w that’s recommended?

Can anyone recommend a good Qi Car charger? Thanks.

It's a thin steel plate that goes on the back of the phone. But I too always wandered if wireless charging would work through the steel plate.
