Qmaster/Compressor Setup - HOW!?

Holy Does my head spin when I try to find this on the net.
First off, is there a tutorial or video I can watch to do this?
OR
Is it not even that hard and it can be explained here.

FCP 6 & Compressor 3
MAC #1 - MPB intel
MAC#2 - iMac intel

I don't get it with the jargon of clusters, xgrids, qmasters, and I don't even know what cable I am supposed to use to hook the two up and if I need to send one into slave mode to do it.
