Just got Qmaster working on a cluster consisting of my old 8 core MP (all cores) and my nMP (5 cores available). Took a lot of futzing around in Terminal to get it all working.
Just ran a test job and it seems to work, but is throwing back a ton of errors that I think are related to storage. All my project files are on a network server and I'm usually writing to a "FINALS" folder on that server.
I read that leaving Qmaster's temp folder alone (var/spool/qmaster) and select "never copy source to cluster" in compressor's settings. That fails almost immediately. Setting to "copy to source and cluster as needed" runs the job, but ultimately cancels without writing an actual file.
Help?
