QT full screen available on Apple trailers site for Mac but not for Windows.

When I visit the Apple trailers site with my Mac I have the option to view clips in full screen but that option doesn't seem to be available when I am using Windows 8. The only difference I can tell is the Mac uses QT-X and Windows is using QT-7 Pro.

Is there different functionality between the QT versions or am I simply missing something?
