QT vid has to fully load before appearing: HELP!

I am currently making a website that has a 12mb video on it in .mov format and when I check my site it shows the giant Q until the video is fully loaded and then the player shows up. How can I get the player to show up immediately so that I have the gray bar of the player to track the loading process and start the movie before it is finished loading. I am using iWeb. Thanks.

Fixed it. Just needed to export it out of iMovieHD as an m4v file instead of .mov

It looks just as good, has a smaller file size, and is much more functional on the web! m4v FTW!
