I am building a presentation on the Mac in Powerpoint 04.
I inserted a .mov file onto the page that is a Quicktime VR file.

When I click the mouse in the Slide layout mode, it converts the pointer to a drag tool and the QTVR works just fine.

When I try the presentation in Play mode, the mouse arrow just wiggles and nothing happens.

The Microsoft site does not address this....
Anyone know a workaround?

Too easy.....

Dont use MS software.

for anything.

I have to agree with cablemac on this one. Powerpoint is terrible when it comes to dealing with Quicktime files. And I would bet that if you sent that file to a PC and tried it there, it wouldn't work at all, in either mode.

I've never tried to get a QTVR to work in Powerpoint, but I've had such terrible experience with the regular QuickTime movies that I don't use it at all anyway.

I'll be very surprised and interested in knowing how if you find a way to get it to work....
