I opened up my machine today for cleaning as it seemed quite noisy and that is usually resolved by cleaning out the dust. Anyhow while cleaning I noticed that the rear heatsink exhaust fan seems to have popped up from the chassis. The rear exhaust fan is held in by plastic tabs they don't appear to be cracked it appears that it just popped out. I am assuming this is why my machine is noisier than usual. I have never removed or attempted to remove the exhaust fan so I am at a lost as to how it got loose from the chassis.

Ok so the problem is getting the Exhaust fan Housing snapped back in. I do not know hot to get the housing out but it looks like I need to pull it out to get the rear slots re-situated back in. I know it sounds confusing so look at this:

Okay Apple website says rear exhaust fan is user removable but the directions seem to be for non LCS systems only. Looking for advice from anyone who has removed the rear exhaust fan from a Quad core or Dual 2.5 machine.
