Right. I've been searching around and haven't really found any recent threads on this, so thought I'd start a new one.

When is the actual timeframe for quad-core release in mobile processors? And will it be after, or before the release of Core i7 as a mainstream thing in mobile processors?

Do you think they'll also put them into MacBooks, or do you think the MacBooks will remain with Core i7 Duo?

I doubt they'd have Quad core MB's. Maybe a couple years after when the MBP's are 8 core and the Mac Pro is 16 core

Ah but they have the same number of cores in the MBP and MB now...
