Quad on macbookpro?

New Imacs are great but lack a Esata port or Express card port, 800 FireWire port is too slow compared to Esata. I am willing to upgrade my macbookpro bus 800 only if a new quad version appears. Any news from all the well informed guys?

I doubt very much that you will see eSata on a iMac as apple will be pushing Light Peek when its release to replace firewire 800 I would have thought

You'd probably see the quad core as an option for the 17" model. The rest will remain core 2 duo's since everyone's buying because it's an apple regardless of what the specs are.
