Quadro FX series, GTX 2... series in MacPro4,1

Hello,

I have a MacPro4,1 Quad-Core 2.66 mac with the stock GT 120 video card.

Is it possible for me to install a pc card of the ATI, Quadro FX, or GTX 2.. families in my mac and have it work when booting WIN7?

I don't care about using it on the mac side but i would like to have it when I boot in windows.

Will having that card in my system effect the machine adversely when in the MacOS?

Im 99% sure that you can install a pc card and have it working in win7. Just be sure to install the drivers. The only downside i can see is the extra fan noise when you are booted into Mac OS

a few minutes spent with the "search" function would yield a much better result.
