Currently only HTC's one series uses Qualcomm chips on a 28nm process, which may hit volume of a couple hundred thousand units over the coming months. Qualcomm searching elsewhere for capacity could indicate they'll be supplying millions of cellular radio chips to Apple for an October launch of an LTE iPhone. (nVidia has already been publicized as looking elsewhere too).
