Qualifying for Educator Discount

I'll keep it short -
I'm an American working in The Czech republic indefinitely.
I am a self-employed English teacher. I have certification and a Czech business license.
My MacBook died 7 months ago, and I need to replace it (was thinking Mac Mini).
I'll be in California for 2 weeks soon (yeah!!!).
Can I qualify for the discount?
