"Quality & Media" not displaying

Hi all,
I have a HP Deskjet 3520 printer on my imac. Currently when i hit command+P to print, the option to select quality and media (to change to grayscale) as well as a few other options (from what I have gathered by reading other threads) are missing. I have restarted computer, printer, uninstalled and reinstalled printer, updated my mac and restarted, and installed a driver from HP. Nothing happened so far.

Any ideas?
